The CVFOA School Liaison program was first instituted in the early 90's as a means of building a positive rapport with the schools we service and to assist in their education on rules changes. One veteran official is assigned as the contact, or liaison, to each school. Since its inception, the Liaison Program has been a huge success, so much so that the VHSL has adopted it as a mandatory practice for all football officials associations throughout the state.
